Gita Ashram, spread over 75 acres land in the lap of Manikoot hills of lush Himalya on the way to holy Neelkanth temple in Swargashram of Rishikesh. VEDVYASANANDSARSWATI SHRI GITA ASHRAM INTERNATIONAL CHARITABLE TRUST (REGD.) and was founded by the great Saint H.H. SWAMI VEDVYASANAND JI SARASWATI of the Himalyas in the year 1960.

Ashram serves free food and tea to the needy and poor people every day and also provide medical service.

Spiritual practices take place everyday. It is a peaceful and serene environment.
